A Bit About Me
I am an individual with lived experience in substance abuse and chronic mental health recovery. I carry the strength of my own resilient journey into my efforts to process and analyze your unique situation. In my previous career, I was certified as a peer support specialist.

I identity as NB, Pan, ENM, festival-lifestyle, as well as kink/fetish affirming. I am a parent as well, and as such, I have experienced child loss and a subsequent rainbow birth.

I began working in the mental health field in 2008 at a youth lockup facility. Since then I have gained valuable experiences at local psychiatric hospitals, luxury addiction rehab centers, and maximum-security jail settings. I specialize in substance use, trauma, and relationships. I use a creative, direct, and dynamic approach to increasing emotional satisfaction.

My private practice with KJBPC is new, but I have been in the field of mental health since 2008. I am the only practitioner at this practice. My supervisor for this supervised private practice is Rebecca Duffy, LPC.
At the Harbor Counseling, I am an associate that works under Ben Meyer, LPC. At this practice, we take the following types of health insurance: Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
I am the founder and Chief Operating Officer of ALT Mental Health with is a local Phoenix charity with the mission of enhancing mental health equity for alternative populations. We do outreach with unsheltered people and substance users.
